Our task — to give full support and resources to students, who are temporarily without homes. That way, they can have stable learning experiences in school.
Our hope — that students who are homeless receive what they need to make the most of their education. This includes materials, guidance, and support.

From HSI to HERN
After 20 years, what used to be the Homeless Student Initiative is now the Homeless Education Resource Network
. We changed the name to better reflect the growth of the resources and services we provide.
